Pickup form did not include space for mileage when wife signed for pickup
Phone number provided by Ship a car for Golden Star Trucking LLCX was not answered. Called ship a car who then provided driver's cell number, and was then able to communicate with driver every several days for status
Car came out faster than I thought
Driver was pleasant
no damage issues but car was dirty from drive (carrier type was "open"
gas level was lower than I left it (dash warning said refuel now), which I never let level drop to - suspect that car was driven

We are sorry to hear the experience you had with the carrier but glad you were able to contact them through their driver. Vehicles moved with open auto transport carriers are not protected from weather elements like rain, sun, hail and snow, and from dust, insects and even birds. We’re sorry your car came out dirty.
