If I did not have the help of family who could get the car on the truck the day after I left or if I really needed to have my car on the exact date quoted of arrival I would have given 3-4 stars since the driver was late for pickup and drop off, however I was not pressed for time in either situation and was told by friends and family to expect these delays so I incorporated them into my move.
Besides timing there was no problems. Shipacardirect.com's customer service teams were able to update me at any time with the location of the truck and answer any questions I had. They also sent out emails and texts constantly to check in and confirm pickup and delivery of my car. The driver also stayed in constant communication with me letting me know when and where he would be arriving as he got closer to California.
To those looking to ship their car, just know that no carrier is ever spot on time picking up or dropping off so be sure to incorporate this extra time into your moving schedule if thats what you are doing. Other than that I would highly recommend Shipacardirect.com. My car has arrived in California with no damage to it and nothing has been stolen.
