Overall experience was outstanding. Kosta explained all details thoroughly, provided the estimate, and adhered to the original estimate. Vlad described the logistics of the trip. Close to the destination, Vlad took the time to advise about delay due to exceptional flooding in California. The car was delivered the following day - still on time - and in its original, nearly new condition.
