Eric, my customer service agent and scheduler was so professional and frank I felt he really cared about the entire process! And my driver, Mario, from Pirgos Trans Inc was extremely polite, professional, and accommodating. Mario kept me updated on all aspects of pickup and delivery via text and that made the process painless and practically fun!
