Would use Ship A Car Direct again

My sales rep, Scott, was very quick to respond to all my questions. The website and the app were easy to use and I felt that everything about the process was thoroughly explained. I had a quote returned within minutes and upon accepting the quote, I had a carrier assigned within minutes as well. I appreciated that I could research that carrier and ask Ship A Car Direct to find a different carrier if I didn't like what I found. (I stuck with the original carrier.) All of my dealings with Ship A Car Direct were simple, straightforward and professional. The people on the delivery end for the carrier were also polite and easy to work with. The only negative I can report is that the carrier's pickup driver was difficult to work with. He was incredibly picky when inspecting the car- which would seem to be a good thing- but we got into an argument when he claimed there was a "rock chip" on the side mirror and neither my husband nor I could see or feel what he was referring to. I ended up having to tell him I wouldn't sign off on the car unless he removed that from his inspection diagram- which he grudgingly agreed to do. The car arrived in less time than we expected and as far as our daughter could tell through the road grime, it had no new scratches. (If I had a higher-end car, I'd pay extra for an enclosed trailer.) All in all, it was a very good experience and I would use Ship A Car Direct again. I am receiving a $30 rebate for submitting this review but that in no way has influenced the content of my review- just motivated me to take the time to do it.:)
