The car company that I dealt with was wonderful to work with. Their rep was nice, responsive and they did a great job. Ship a car direct took almost a week to schedule my pickup and had the wrong drop off date. They did not inform me of what was going on and were a bit challenging to work with.

Sorry to hear you find communicating with us a bit challenging, we actually have our 24/7 support line when our reps are not working, like evenings and weekends. We don't guarantee dates and we always make sure customers are informed that's why we always recommend having a back up plan, but we are glad to hear that the rest of the shipment went smoothly.
