having never shipped a vehicle before we were unfamiliar with the process. Scott was knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. USL LLC was our carrier and their team was reliable and helpful. Our vehicle was due to be delivered but due to missing keys, the delivery was delayed. The issue was resolved and the car arrived safe and sound. Thanks, everyone, for making this vehicle move easier than it initially seemed it would be.
