I had a conversation with a sales representative before booking my vehicle. I specifically asked if there would be any issues due to the holidays and I was told no. At most I would be 2 days from my scheduled pick up date. My vehicle was picked up 8 days after my scheduled pick up date. I was told the vehicle would take 5-8 days from pick up to drop off. My vehicle arrived 10 days later. The vehicle did arrive undamaged and coordinating the vehicle drop off was easy. I will not use Ship-A-Car direct again.
