Schedule - I had a delivery date required and was fkexibke to receive delivery anytime prior and was completely flexible on pick up date. Yet pick was delayed and I had to call to find out what was going on to only learn I had to increase my price $50 to get a carrier interested. My car was a day late arriving and I feel would have been even later had I not made a call myself.

Payment - getting cash or cashiers check is completely out dated and inconvenient. Please take credit card payment at arrival like you do for deposit
