Scheduled a Pickup - Ended up having to drive my car to a drop off location

I booked my Highlander to be picked up in a 2-day window (Wed/Thurs). I worked everything with my cross-country move around the 2day window. I got a call on Wed. that it would have to be moved to Friday. On Friday, I received a call that it would not be able to be picked up. I ended up having to drive my car and have someone follow me to bring me back about 30 miles north in Friday rush hour traffic, which took over an hour. The pickup of the car was a nightmare, but the delivery was fine, which is the reason I gave 2 stars. I also was supposed to receive a $30 rebate, which never came.
