This was my first time having my car shipped anywhere. I needed my car shipped from California to Massachusetts and David from Shipacardirect made it a great, easy experience. The whole process is pretty confusing, but David was always quick to respond to my emails or phone calls with an answer to all my questions. The transportation company that was chosen for me, MB Auto, transported my car in one piece. The only problem I had was that the driver got the inside of my car dirty. The fabric seats, car door and mats were very dirty. I had to have it detailed (shampoo) which came out of my pocket. Dale from Shipacardirect followed up with me via email to make sure that everything went well. I sent photos him photos of the inside of the car. Dale corresponded with Dave and worked out a refund for me. I definitely did not expect such great customer service and thought that it would have been a lot more difficult to get reimbursed. I was definitely impressed and would highly recommend Shipacardirect to anyone who is looking to get their car transported anywhere. Thank you David and Dale for everything! This was a great experience for me!
