I have now shipped my car twice with Ship a Car Direct- once from Tennessee to California, and this time from California to Texas. The first time I started researching car shipment, I couldn't make any sense of the process, and I noticed that a lot of the companies that came up in my searches had terrible reviews. I reached out to this company because of their excellent BBB rating and online reviews, and I was so happy with their service the first time that I didn't even look for other companies when I needed to ship my car again. This was the only company that clearly explained the process to me and was completely upfront about how the bidding system works. The customer service is always excellent- they stay on top of the request and check in by e-mail or phone as often as needed (but not excessively). Both times my car arrived when I needed it, in good condition. Ship a Car Direct definitely selects its carriers well.
