I consider this good experience a blessing. This was my first big move and I was anxious from day 1. I had read all the reviews about transport companies and the things that could go wrong. The car was picked up on time and the driver even offered to pick up earlier. A call is made within an hour of pickup or delivery so there is no long window of time to wait. Calls and communication by Ship A Car Direct and the actual carrier - Transauto Logistics Corp - were excellent. Copies of invoices were sent timely by email. I appreciated the friendly, non-intimidating emails which were sent regularly to guide you through the process step by step. They even send a video explaining the process. At least a dozen pictures were taken of my vehicle prior to being shipped by Transauto. I also took pictures - there were no damages to my vehicle.They needed to deliver the car to a home located on a narrow street. This was not a problem. Any calls I made were answered promptly. The $30 incentive to write a review was also an added plus. I would recommend Ship A Car Direct.
