Overall we had a good experience with ship-a-car-direct. Easy to use, prompt with the communication of the shipment process and even received an early ship date, which was greatly appreciated. Also, available for questions on the day of our pick-up. Only recommendation would be to have the pick-up occur in daylight hours so any previous dents or damages can be correctly marked on the bill of lading. Our car arrived safely and on time.
