Car shipping less frightening...

Thanks for your quick response to our inquiry. The overall experience with your company has been phenomenal!
This was our first experience with shipping a car (a brand
new car for our daughter's 21st birthday!) Stefan was great the first
time he called to establish contact and walked me through the entire
process. Multiple e-mails gave us information not only about your
company, but the industry and other companies. He quoted us $975-$30
rebate upon review from San Marcos to Hamilton. After a few days and no
carrier picked up the job, I called Stefan (1/18) and he said they were
still working on it but a carrier to Hamilton would be harder than Utica
or Syracuse. At that time, we decided to put it out for all three
destinations. Stefan told me that he anticipated that if someone did
pick it up for Hamilton that it may be $50-$100 more expensive but that
he would split the cost with me. Additional e-mails then explained the billing and pick up process and a check list of things we could do to safeguard this shipment. Now to the shipper - Yurko Express - Fantastic!! Very professional from
first contact, text messages keeping me up to date and an early delivery
into Hamilton NY! We are expecting to need this service next year as
well and would hands down use Ship a Car Direct, Yriy and Yurko Express!
