I chose Ship a Car Direct based on the online review and I am 100% satisfied. From the beginning, I was told by the representative that he may not be able to find a mover right away, but promised me he will find a mover on or close to the date I preferred. I was told a couple days before the date that I prefer the car to be picked up and the driver called me the night before to confirm. He was prompt on the pick up and told me he will deliver the car in 4 days. I did not believe him that he could deliver so soon. He called me about 9:30pm on that day and delivered the car in half an hour. The reason he delivered late in the evening was there was a snow storm on the Sierra, and he was stuck in the traffic. The car was dirty due to the snow storm, despite of this, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend to anyone who need to have a car shipped.
