I decided to move from southern CA to MA to live with my boyfriend. Every aspect of the move was stressful. Was I making the right decision? Do I ship my belongings or start fresh? Do I ship my car or sell it? Do I ship it via open or enclosed transport? What company do I go with? Once I found Ship a Car Direct, I felt my stress levels lower exponentially. Angela followed every phone call up with an email explaining what we had discussed (or if I missed the call I always had email correspondence waiting for me). She provided me with videos to watch and detailed instructions on the process, step-by-step. My car is my baby and I knew from the start that it was in good hands, no matter how inexpensive it was going to be to transport it. My car showed up in exactly 7 days. I met the driver in a shopping center about 1.5 miles from my home. He unloaded the vehicle and allowed me to take my time inspecting the outside of the car. He also informed me that my battery was dead and needed to be replaced(which I already knew was due to the battery being 8 years old). He jump started my car for me and collected my cash payment after he knew I was satisfied. My boyfriend and I plan on eventually moving back to California. Ship a Car Direct will be the transporting company we use and refer to our vast network of potential customers.
