Karen was a pleasure to deal with. She was professional, personable and informative. I was able to be flexible on the pick up date so it was not a problem for me that they were late. It was due to bad weather. I was also able to contact the driver to narrow down the pick up time. I would not hesitate to contact her again if I need to ship another car.
