To be honest due to my work schedule, I never had to meet the transport company for either pick up or delivery. I had my boyfriend meet Unified with my car for pick up at a best Buy parking lot a few miles from my home, apparently my street was too small to pick it up there with the carrier. Then for delivery I had my host that I was staying with meet them while I was at work! They were able to deliver it right to the house, I suppose because she lives in a culdesac?

So everything worked out. No damage to the car, nothing stolen (as far I as know!). My boyfriend who was there for pick up did say they came late. Due to issues with my job, I had to change my date for moving out to CA (I got pushed back by one week- completely out of my control)! Unified was flexible and held my car for that additional week and delivered it when I arrived the following week. I had my host give them the cashiers check. So no issues for me!
