The good part- Scott at Ship a Car Direct. He is very helpful, informative and follows through with calls and emails. Don't be bothered by the number of emails he sends, READ them, they are there to protect you.

The NOT so good part-Sav-on Transport was not good at communicating. I couldn't get in touch with the driver due to a full message box. Make sure you give a SPECIFIC date you want the car to arrive. I left that part open and it took 12 days to get my car. The car was exceptionally dirty when it did arrive and we were in a parking lot after dark,so it was difficult to determine if there was any damage. My car is 13 years old so I'm not that picky. If Sav-on could have communicated as well as Scott, I would have had 5 less days of stress worrying about where it was.

Thanks for the positive review! Sorry your driver was hard to reach en route and that your transport took longer than average. But to be honest, we can't tailor delivery on one specific date because drive times vary. Providing one exact date for delivery isn't realistic, but a range of a few days can be helpful. And of course, we're here to help you communicate with the carrier if you have a hard time reaching the driver.
