After looking around on the internet at the many car transport options it soon became apparent that many of the companies seemed shady in one way or another. So instead of looking primarily at price I decided to look for the most reliable and trustworthy option. Luckily the first one to come up on search was Ship a Car Direct. After reading the reviews, I decided to contact them for a quote, and much to my surprise they were just as competitive as those companies that were coming up for lowest price. I was assigned a customer service agent (Gaby) that would assist me throughout the process and she was always there to assist with my questions and concerns. The turnaround time on the quote to being assigned a driver was short, which was good as I confirmed the quote 3 days before the requested pickup date. The driver was professional, courteous and friendly. I very much appreciated having a single driver for the transport, as it shows a level of personal responsibility that is rare for companies these days.

Overall, I was very satisfied by every aspect of the Ship a Car Direct experience and would recommend them to anyone looking at car transport options!
