Ship A Car Direct was a great company to work with! We were planning to ship a car that we got from California to Illinois, so I did some research on the internet. I received quotes from a few other companies and then I received one from Ship A Car Direct. I also read many reviews on car shipping companies. The companies that gave us lower quotes had some bad reviews and Ship A Car Direct had great reviews. I decided to spend the extra money and use Ship A Car Direct and I am so happy that I did! Their customer service was great. I received a call right after I requested a quote and my husband spoke with Dale several times. Our car got picked up on time and it arrived on time. We got a call from the driver about 30 minutes before they were going to arrive. Our car came to us a good shape. It was just a little dirty and dusty, but that is probably from being shipped in an open carrier across the country. We would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again for any of our car transporting needs and we would recommend this company to our friends and family.
