To be honest, i'm a bit skeptical of all car shipment companies because they can seem a bit dodgy. I ended up going with Ship-a-Car Direct based on online reviews and a friend's experience. I was impressed with Ship-a-Car Direct because they were honest and prompt without being overly aggressive or pushy. Other companies I spoke with quoted really high rates and then "acted shocked" when I told them what competitors were quoting. They were also very aggressive on the phone and pushy to the point of being rude. Kay at Ship-a-Car Direct always was responsive to my needs and I appreciated this. All of these companies are merely auto brokers so they aren't doing the actual shipment. My car was shipped through CAA Transport. Pickup was delayed for over a day and I had a hard time reaching the driver which was stressful and a bit frustrating. Nevertheless, the car was shipped incredibly fast (4 days) and was delivered without any scratches or damage (it was very dirty but this is to be expected).
