Ship a car direct was honest and open about everything from the start. The transport company had good communication with us and the driver was very personable. He was a day late, but he did let us know that he was running behind. In a move of this distance I was more concerned about the car arriving in good condition and that they were close to the arrival date. The car arrived in fine shape and I was happy with the service and communication throughout. Thanks to ship a car direct and the carrier- I would use them again if I had to move a car.
