The lead person at the broker, Dale, was very good with giving contact information for the actual trucking company and with e-mailing helpful tips about making this process less stressful. After doing a lot of research and reading many reviews, I decided to go with this particular broker, Ship A Car Direct, because the time window was very short, and I wasn't going to mess around with a bunch of other brokers trying to save a hundred bucks
