Jason and Ship a Car Direct could not have made things easier for me. The online video tutorials were very helpful and I had the ability to watch (and re-watch, if needed) the videos when I wanted to. Jason and the Ship a Car Direct team was very prompt to respond if I had any questions or concerns. I received timely updates via e-mail and phone messages prompting action when necessary.
It's not every day that I ship a car across the country, so I had a number of questions. Jason and team were understanding and patient with my inquiries – walking me through the process and explaining the complexities so that I could understand. Expectations were set and met - I understood where we were in the process throughout the event. The scheduled pick up and drop offs were on time and I received phone calls to let me know the status as the dates/times were getting close.
I would use Ship a Car Direct again – they understand the model and approach and they get the job done as promised. The price is fair and the people are honest and knowledgeable.
