My service representative, David, was professional, organized and provided on-going communication. The car was picked up and delivered on time with no problems and there were no hidden fees. I was able to be in direct contact with the actual driver who was polite and provided updates throughout the trip from New York to Texas. The entire process was seamless. I would recommend and use Ship-A-Car-Direct again.
