Some minor mishaps but a great experience

Had minor mishaps in getting the car picked up but this was in no way Ship a Car Direct's fault. Assigned carrier was MIA the day of the pickup so Tom quickly found a replacement carrier for me within two days and was able to get my car shipped out by the dates that I specified. The car arrived in the exact same condition and I'm super pleased with Tom's willingness to help as well as his customer service. I've used this company twice now in the past three years and would absolutely recommend them to others.
