This was my first time having to ship a vehicle, and I was a little nervous, but it actually went very smoothly and my 2012 Audi TTS was delivered without a hitch- or a scratch. They even met my somewhat-special timeline request. I shipped my car from Cleveland, OH to San Diego, CA. I needed a pick up no later than May 10, but I could not take delivery of the car until after May 22. Even though the car made the transit in less than 7 days, they held onto it and delivered it on the 23rd. Overall, a very good experience.
