The pick up and delivery service is prompt. The overall delivery is satisfactory, and my car arrived without any damage or so. It arrives one day early thus I will recommend the service overall. However, the pick up and delivery location is a little far from the desired ones. I have to take a bus to get back to my home once I handed over my car, this is not convenient, and that's why I took some points off.

Thank you for your overall positive feedback, Yarui! Sorry the locations to meet the truck weren't convenient. Sometimes the carrier can't safely load/unload in front of your address and has to meet you at a wide open location nearby.
