Customer service of the Ship a Car Direct was excellent. After we create the quote it was checked by representative - Emily. She was constantly in contact with us by email and phone and answered on all our questions. Ship a Car Direct customer service also sent us emails "Dispatch | Ship a car Direct" with very helpful information. Ship a Car direct assigned us to the very good carrier " I-5 Auto Transport LLC." They picked up a car just on time and call us several times during the shipment, so we never "lost" the car. The car came without any damage. Our experience with the company was great!!
