This was my second time using Ship-A-Car-Direct.
Customer service was consistently excellent and responsive. Accessible for questions and diligent in providing updates for me. Easy to reach on the phone and quick to call back.
Worked with me on pricing and saved me money, which was greatly appreciated. Also helped me hit my shipping dates, even with short notice and Christmas holidays in the mix. The Transport company with whom they connected me was great as well. Even better than last time.
Once again, a good experience and good value for money. They saved me a ton of time and the stress of wondering whether I was booking a dependable transporter.
I'll be using them again early in 2015 for another cross-country trip.
