totally dishonest - DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY

D Gallow, I had a contract to ship my car with ship your car now, the person I was working with was fired, and so the communication with the company was dropped because of the non-returnable emails I was getting. Finally days later a supervisor called me and told me the price quoted was too low and the person that was working with me had left on vacation (a lie, why was his company email canceled) and that the bid I was given was too low and I would never get a car so they needed to raise price by $150. I then canceled that contract, way before the pick up date, and Mark the supervisor told me it was canceled and that no charges would be assessed. Good deal. But it didn't end there, about a week later Mark called me and acted like we had never had the conversation (I documented it) and said his driver was on his way over to pick up the car (another lie, they don't have drivers, they contract out) after checking the transport boards with another broker, I found that it was not on the boards at that time for any transport company to pick it up. I wondered why he was calling me, especially since we had just had the conversation cancelling the contract. Then a $40 charge showed up on my CC, when I called they told me it was because I had gone through another company, duh, I had a cancelled contract. But that is why he called me, so he claim we had a contract and I had used another broker, and broke the contract. ALL A LIE. I called and it was refunded, but not without telling me off for breaking a contract we never had.
