The worst customer service I have ever received

Ben Kats was the gentlemen I spoke to. He guaranteed pickup of the vehicle in less than 72 hours after I paid my 200 deposit. So I paid and didn't worry. 2 days later I attempted to follow up via email. I sent 3 emails within 24 hours after that. No reply. The next morning I called. Some calls would ring to voicemail, sometimes it would ring once then send to voicemail. Finally 10 calls or so later on the final day the vehicle can be picked up he answers at 3 o clock and says i'm not at my office so I can't help right now but the car hasn't been picked up. I was extremely upset but I remained completely level headed and said what can we do, I really wish you would have let me know where I could have explored other options. He says you know what, hold on, then click. Hung up on me. I tried calling back probably 10 times that afternoon. Nothing. I tried emailing. Nothing... I get an email late Saturday that says nothing but Driver is dispatched. So Monday rolls around, Driver calls me to see how to handle storage fees that must be paid since it was not picked up in time. It's 120. I try to call Ben to see how to handle this. Of course he does not answer. Driver shows up late that night with the vehicle. The bill is nearly double what was quoted plus the storage fees. Of course I try to call Ben and see what can be done. No answer! I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. I am extremely easy to please and get along with. I have never even written a review for anything because I don't really care, but I felt that I needed to warn anyone and everyone to run far far away from this shady shady business.
