Due to a new job start date, I had limited time to allow typical brokers to negotiate with and contract with a carrier. That's where Sherpa's business model comes in handy as they avoid the back and forth time wasting that other brokers take when they low-ball you to get your business and then have to keep upping the quote to contract with a carrier. Sherpa studies the market, commits on a price with you, and then negotiates with just the carrier, saving you time! They explained the car transport process very well; which if you haven't done this before is helpful to understand the brokered deal. Although the carrier pick-up was delayed, the process and delivery went smoothly, and with Sherpa's wash, a pretty happy ending!
