Buddy is very communicative. I would receive calls stating where they were in transit. And, when I called Buddy, he answered his phone! Imagine that, somebody answering their phone! How's that for customer service.
Also, when unloading the vehicle I noticed a strict procedure to safety and attention to detail.
I felt as if my vehicle had been in great hands.
