So I recently purchased a 2nd vehicle at the lexus dealership in North Miami. I did my own research for a reasonable transport service companies. I wasn't quick to just hand my keys over to any transport company I needed to do my homework. So I read a ton of reviews on yelp & BBB. It took me 3-4 days before I decided to call up the lexus dealership where I purchased my car and asked for a recommendation. They referred me to Shaughnessy and boy they did not disappoint. I called Beth, and within 20minutes she found me a driver and fair quote. My car was picked-up next day (Friday) and dropped off Tuesday morning at 9am in good condition (minus dust accumulation). I'm very pleased with the efficiency. Beth made herself accessible whenever I had a question. If she didn't have an answer then she would call me back with one. Very pleased with the outcome.
