Beth was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and probably one of the most personable sales representatives I have ever delt with. I requested an enclosed trailer and Beth offered to put it in her own personal trailer. The vehicle arrived in the exact condition as it left! Not a single scratch that wasn't there at purchase. The vehicle looked like it was literally washed and waxed 5 mins prior to being delivered, which tells me the care they took from loading to unloading. I would never even consider using anyone else ever again. Being a police officer my entire life, I'm always skeptical about everything. Beth made me feel at ease from the moment I called through the entire process and a followup call to find out if everything was to my absolute satisfaction. Even if someone offered a slightly lower rate to transport, I wouldn't even consider it. I rarely write absolute perfect reviews, this was an exception for me but I firmly believe this is the norm for this company. I'm sure little things can go wrong with anyone or company, but even with that fact I'm 100% confident Beth would go above and beyond the 1 in 1000 chance if anything ever did go wrong. She's that type of dedicated person. She wants you to be 100% satisfied, and not only just because of future business but with your overall personal satisfaction. My police profession sees all types of personalities. And those decades of experiences have taught me to recognize someone (or a company) that strives to be the best out of personal pride. I own and buy many types of vehicles. This is a company I would trust without reservation or hesitation in the future. And I cannot stress how much I endorse them for hauling any vehicle you own. Unlike others on here that are compensated for writing a good endorsement (which I honestly don't condone) I write this freely and with 100% conviction. If you value your vehicle like I do, use this company without hesitation or any worries whatsoever. If you are reading this, tell Beth you chose her company through "Butch's" recommendation. I ask this so that hopefully my strong words will allow you to have the pleasure of dealing with an absolute professional person/company that with handle your property, no matter it's worth with the delicacy of a multi-million dollar vehicle at an extremely fair price. If you value your vehicle(s) like I do, please don't try to save a little more calling around to ten different companies when you can't see a review as strong as this. Also paying more for other companies does not mean you're going to get the best service either. Go by reviews and contact their customers to find out their own personal experiences with this company. It will definitely be worth it in the end if you're looking for absolute 100% satisfaction from beginning to end.
