Horrible company, incompetent, liars do not follow up

Dispite 40 calls to this company the car never got picked up 1st they admit they hired a bad shipper then dispatch said they hate to admit it but they messed up and forgot to follow up with driver then they lied and said I cancelled the shippment then hour later they said the driver was at the place to pick up car but there where fees owed (Yes 240.00 as they where 6 days late ALREADY) and the driver just left I hung up immediately called facility and they said NO ONE CAME THERE TRYING TO PICK UP THERE CAR and there was a note in the system to call me to pay storage of a shipper did show I did this as they where incompetent and I wanted to make sure the car got picked up. So this company lies to you cannot do there job did I mention this did not become a priority shippment till it was 5 days late a good business would have made it a priority when the originally messed up but not this company no you have to call and loose it on them before they even try to figure out how to complete there job they where hired. Bottom line USELESS INCOMPETENT LIARS if you need a car moved and it has to be out by a certain time don't contact these liars if you have weeks and it does not matter then feel free too.
