JAY was great!...a consummate professional!!!. Explained the entire process several times to me. Didn't take any money until he was 110% certain of the driver's name, tel#, pick up schedule. He then provided that info. to me verbally and in writing.AWESOME GUY. this relieved so much of my ANXIETY..as it was MY FIRST TIME TRANSPORTING MY "BABY". I would give him a low score for not responding to my every call but I imagine he have a full plate but he was better at responded to texts. AWESOME GUY
