This entire process was a bit daunting for us. We had a car in Los Angeles and needed to get it back to Springfield, Mo. Called several car transports and was bombarded by several carriers/brokers. I called Mike Newson, owner of Safeway Car Transport, explained what we were seeking, and he actually took a fair amount of time explaining the process. Was not pushy. Everything he said and promised was spot on and true. The carrier arrived at the window of time set. The Carrier also called to update us on more than one occasion, of his ETA, and we agreed on a pick up site that would benefit both of us. The carrier neat. clean and was in a clean truck, was kind, considerate and efficient.
