Here goes…from the first time I spoke to Mike Newson I knew I was in good hands. He was extremely fair in the pricing and very helpful with providing the knowledge I needed (first time for me) to understand the process of the transport. Mike was professional, courteous and kind with a sense of humor to boot :o)! I had several questions and he answered them all and was VERY patient with me. Mike had me set up within 24 hours (to my surprise) – I expected it would be several days…boy was I wrong! Mike wasted NO time and his communication with me was flawless! Before I could blink my brother’s car was in my garage! Now about the Driver (Ronnie). Ronnie was also extremely professional, personable AND very courteous – he was so pleasant we ended up talking most of the time he was unhooking the car and it turns out we’re both animal lovers with fur babies :o) – best “first-meet” I’ve experienced in a long time. He even was so kind as to provide a jump because the car's battery was toast on both the pickup and day of delivery. He was real nice about it and was glad to help me! He called me when he was on his way and gave me a head's up the day before so that I could arrange my schedule/preparation for payment accordingly for the delivery. I didn't have to call him once and he arrived in perfect timing. I highly recommend this company/driver for your car transporting needs...A+ Customer Service!! I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER…and they didn’t pay me to say this :o) LOL!! Thanks Mike and Ronnie...YOU GUYS ROCK - : o)! God bless you always!
