First off I just want to explain how I never rate a location less than five stars. I always find the best in companies and people. But oh my gosh has this company been the biggest pain in my ass. I moved provinces (Ontario to Calgary) and used Steve's company because it was competitive pricing, small business and very reliable reassurance. Little did I know they had the worst communication ever. They assured me the vehicle would depart at a specific time, my car sat in a lot back home for two weeks, he lied about the departure of my vehicle, I had to call and asked him when it was departing, my dad also had to call him. Please look for another company, It will save you the stress.

In response to this particular review, it is unfortunate that the client is taking a rather negative approach to a situation which has affected not only our industry, but many others (i.e. COVID-19). There is never a complete guarantee on shipping times - weather, crises, unforeseen circumstances all being part of interruption in services. There is always more than one side to the story. We look forward to working with our new and returning clients in a healthier 2021.
