Terrible delivery company. Has had my package for close to a month now and the delivery date has continuously been pushed back. There was no communication from them at all, had to call ikea to confirm where my package was and then had to call STI multiple times to figure out anything about why our package had not be delivered.. They finally called us last week and told us they would be here the next day. I stayed home from work and no one ever showed up or contacted us to give us an update. After multiple calls the following day I was finally told they had lost our package and would try to find it this week and would deliver it then if they found it. Also, someone there lied and according to costumer service rep. they had talked to us that morning about our delivery, which is not true and we have never even received a missed call. After complaining and many calls I was finally told they would conduct a warehouse search and would confirm whether they have lost my package or not for sure in 24 hours and would call me back Monday. No call on Monday. Called them today, Tuesday, and was told they could only find 1 piece of my order. I'm not expecting any update from them and finally, after 2 months, i'm just gonna attempt to get a refund. I can't understand how anyone is this bad at there job
