They absolve themselves from responsibility for delivery because they use a third party...Advantage Relocations. This company is TERRIBLE. 0 stars is too many! Advantage has hung up on me, lied over and over about my order. Failed to deliver over and over without a call, they then wait for me to call to reschedule. I was supposed to receive my delivery 7/29 finally on 8/14 I received half my deliver. Today, 8/28 I was told yet again my delivery was not on the truck and that this time they would see if it is even in there warehouse! If not I would need to reorder with IKEA...well my product is discontinued and they don't even apologize or offer any kind of credit, nothing. This company should be shut down.
