95 days and still waiting.

t's been 95 days since they promised to ship my car from Northern Cal to Southern Cal. It's a small car and they over extended themselves by locking down my bid but failed to secure a transporter. I was calling them every other day to ask when are they planning to move car and now I am paying storage space because they failed to find a transporter. If I had known about how bad their service would be I would not booked them as they represent themselves as a premier transporter on uShip. What else can I do as I've waited this long but to let other yelpers know to be ware of their bad business practice. Perhaps after reading this review among the other bad ones they will change their business practice if they want to remain in good standing among the yelpers. I'm awaiting for them to respond back to me with more than "I'm sorry there are now shippers willing to do it for that amount" and they had the gall to ask for $100 more to get more interest from the shippers. All I want to for them to fulfill their contract and sadly I know they won't refund any of the storage fees I paid but what's worst is the time I lost from spending with it with my son.

Thank you for the feedback. The pickup location has restrictions on when the vehicle can be picked up, which has really created issues with our scheduling department. Our pickup window is within 1-4 business days from the date the vehicle is ready to be shipped, but when a seller has restrictions - it throws off the dynamic of the transport. We apologize for the inconvenience.
