The customer service person on the phone was incredibly friendly when I first called. Their prices are very good compared to many other car shipment companies that I contacted. They were very communicative throughout the process of picking up and shipping my car, calling and sending texts to keep me updated with pickup and drop off time. Offer a discount if you pay cash, which I did and it worked out well. Highly recommend.
