All I can say is that the communication among the driver vs broker was poor, driver was inexperienced l, and since the driver didn’t have a UShip account, I had to wait for him to finalize one, which delayed the delivery of the car. Like seriously, he held the car even though he had arrived at my destination. He had no idea how UShip worked...FAIL! I’ve shipped my vehicle a total of 7 times and this was by far the worst.

We are sorry to hear that the carrier had a difficult time with the uShip payment process. We will certainly share this feedback with the carrier. Your review is marked as late delivery, however, after review we see that this was picked up on 6/1 and delivered on 6/6, which would be a 5 day transit for your order. The order was promised delivery within 5-7 days so we are well within the delivery time-frame promised.
