This has been a nightmare from start and not yet finished. I never imagined I’d be moved to another state and my vehicle still be 3 states away awaiting pickup. Price was set at $1000.00 for an August 30 pickup booked a month early. No communication on any changes then the morning of the pickup, I get a text saying the driver cancelled. Really? Multiple days have gone by and before going with this company I stressed the pick up and drop off dates were critical. The driver cancelled my pickup day of to try and turn around and charge $2600.00. It’s now day 4 of what I can only describe as a nightmare; also, I have or “had” rather no idea how this company was listing my truck. Luckily, another company sent me their listing where they had it listed for $1600 which is more than likely the reason I keep getting offers to move it for $1800.00 or $2100.00. Stay away from this company. Also, the company is claiming it’s because of the hurricane. My vehicle was scheduled to go to the Texas/Louisiana border which was UNAFFECTED by the hurricane.
