I needed to transport my car from New York to Seattle. Great experience with the drivers at a door to door level. The front office staff was helpful, could have been a little more communicative about the process as it was less than a week before pickup and I didn’t know what was going on. The woman I spoke to was supposed to call me back and never did so I had alot of anxiety not knowing what was going on, but then the transport pick up driver txt me and told me when he was coming. Car even arrived two days early, which was nice.
